The Subtle Link Between Coffee and the Mountain
Our coffees originate in the heart of the Colombian Andes—where tropical peaks rise from ancient seas, and the forces of volcanoes and tectonics continuously shape the land. Every bean embodies the essence of this remarkable landscape.
From the Colombian Highlands – Volcanic Heritage
At 1,700 meters above sea level in Pitalito, Huila, Don José Rodríguez cultivates outstanding coffee. These mountains, forged from ancient volcanic rocks and sculpted by time, offer fertile soils and ideal conditions for specialty coffee.
We proudly present two distinctive lots: Geisha Honey and Bourbon Rosado. Grown with care and roasted to perfection, each cup expresses the unique character of Colombia’s volcanic Andes.
